COORDINATION STRUCTURE

A council committee is made up of the presidents of the Conseil des aînés, Conseil permanent de la jeunesse and Conseil de la famille et de l’enfance, the president of the Conférence des Tables régionales de concertation des aînés du Québec, the coordinator of the Table de concertation des forums jeunesse régionaux du Québec and the president of the Fédération des organismes communautaires Famille. The role of this committee is to certify the approach suggested by the INM and to encourage the spreading of the information as well as the mobilization of the networks throughout Québec.

A group of experts made up of specialists who can be consulted when needed in order to certify the documentation presented and to suggest texts and documents that will be made available to the participants. These experts will also be asked to act as lecturers or resource persons during the activities.

A network of regional correspondents is made up of people designated by their organizations in the different regions of Québec: seniors round tables, youth forums, youth organizations, family community organizations, health and social services agencies, elected members of regional conferences, etc. These regional correspondents, who form a committee in each region, have the mandate of organizing the regional activities for the approach, with support from the INM.
