In the fall of 2010 and winter of 2011, participants will be invited to a second stage of discussion at the regional level. They will be asked at this time to participate not in unofficial Cafés or workshops, but in regional Meeting Places.

These regional Meeting Places will be presented as public forums including lectures, a formal deliberation during workshops and the adoption of proposals during a plenary session at the end of the day.

A discussion schedule and activities template are suggested to the regional partners in order to ensure that all participants, no matter the region, discuss the same issues and produce coherent results.

The issues submitted for discussion during these regional Meeting Places will be the ones selected during the National Forum held in the spring of 2010.

The participants are invited to present a diagnosis of the situation, priorities for the future and action paths to ensure the achievement of these priorities.

The content resulting from these regional Meeting Places will be summarized by the INM personnel.
