Participants in the regional activities, as well as the general public, the socioeconomic stakeholders and the political decision makers, are invited to participate in the National Intergenerational Meeting Place that will be held during spring 2011, in Montréal.

This activity will gather several hundred people.

The event will present prestigious lecturers, workshop discussions and the adoption of the Declaration of Generations.

The direction of the discussions will come from the summary of proposals obtained during the regional Meeting Places. The objective consists of bringing out the principles of the new social contract between generations in Québec as well as the action paths to implement it.

The Declaration of Generations

The result of the approach is the publishing of the Declaration of Generations. This Declaration will state the principles of the new social contract between generations in Québec as well as action paths to achieve them.

To organize the project of the Declaration of Generations, the INM will call upon the Task Force that was put together during 2010.

This committee will be in charge of drafting the Declaration project that will then be submitted for discussion during the National Meeting Place.
